Ideal for the solo traveler looking for vibes on a budget. Each double room includes two beds and a private shared bathroom. While we’re selling these for individual golfers, if you want to share with a friend to cut costs, we can make it happen.

• Every condo will come stocked with a Vibes Package—including curated snacks, water, champagne, tequila, mixers, and hangover essentials to keep the energy right all weekend.

Golf Add-On Options for Additional Guests (if shared):
If you bring a second person to share the room:

• Unlimited Golf: $500 (includes 36 holes/day, cart, range balls, storage, and souvenir bag tag)

• Single Round (Green Fee): $275

• Cart Rider Only (no golf, just vibes): $50

Set along Virginia’s historic James River, Kingsmill Resort is home to three world-class golf courses, elevated dining, a luxurious spa, and riverside views.

All attendees will be housed together in a set of beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom condos—perfect for rest, recharge, and a little bit of pre- or post-round vibing. Each condo includes:

• Two private king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

• One double room with two double beds and a private bathroom

• A shared open living space featuring a kitchen, dining area, lounge with pull-out couch, and private entry to each bedroom (hotel-style lock-off for added privacy)
